A live exchange is listed the moment its tieline reaches the hub — the host form covers that, and nothing here is required. This page is for the persistent registry: a number that should stay printed in the phone book even while its carrier is down. Registrations land pending; the switchboard operator approves them by hand.

YOUR EXCHANGE

The API base must serve HTTPS and answer GET /health; the comms link must be a wss:// endpoint. Approved numbers appear once the phone book reads the registry (source=api in phonebook.json).
